Loved the story line!

I loved the story line and there was a lot of drama, read it in 2 days. The only thing I didn’t like was the reader, it was very robotic and awkward. It was hard to not laugh at it and actually get into the book.

Excellent dramatic story bad AI voice

Worth listening to because the story is so good and it constantly has you on edge. The romance and sex is plentiful and very good too. However, the lead character is a female and AI voice is a sexy male AI voice throughout the entire book. To make matters worse the female lead character is named “Jordan”. So, I thought that I was listening to a book about a gay, or transgender male until I was a third of the way through the book, and found out she was a woman. The AI also used the same voice for every character so it was difficult to figure out who was talking. The AI’s voice was very appealing… but its inflections were not correct. Even though the AI narrator was so wrong. You should Get the book because the story is that good. Note to authors: please do not let your book be read by an AI. Read it yourself… or hire a cheap human narrator, because nothing could be worse than an AI narrator.

great book

Great story line and happy ever after. I love how they met my chance and it wouldn't just insta love like some of these other books. Even though they were together pretty quickly the progression of their relationship seems more believable than most.

Some parts were boring.

I liked listening and would have liked to have had more to the story line.

AI narration sucks😞

Come on Audible... really...AI narration ruins it! There's no inflection in the reading, only monotone flat boring reading. It's hard to differentiate the different characters, they all sound the same. AI takes all the joy out of loosing yourself in a book. I sure hope this isn't a cost saving trend. Please stop with the AI narration!!🥱😒😴

Could be so much better

This book was read by a male automated reader voice. That really threw me off given the book opens from the female point of view. I honeslty had to go back to the book information because I thought it was a man on man romance when the book started. Once I figured out that it was just a male voice reading the female pov I got into it a bit more. Then I was disappointed by how shallow the male lead was. He went on and on about how much muscle he had and his diet to get that eight pack he coveted so much. That was a serious gag me moment. I think that chapter of the book could have been dropped because the rest of the book was ok. I would like to listn to it again with a real narrators for both the female and male characters.

The story was well balanced and kept my interest.

I didn't like the computer generated narration. Absolutely no emotion. It was very hard to listen to.
