Publisher's summary

INSTANT NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER

The #1 New York Times bestselling author of It Ends with Us—whose writing is “emotionally wrenching and utterly original” (Sara Shepard, New York Times bestselling author of the Pretty Little Liars series)—delivers a tour de force novel about a troubled marriage and the one old forgotten promise that might be able to save it.

Quinn and Graham’s perfect love is threatened by their imperfect marriage. The memories, mistakes, and secrets that they have built up over the years are now tearing them apart. The one thing that could save them might also be the very thing that pushes their marriage beyond the point of repair.

All Your Perfects is a profound novel about a damaged couple whose potential future hinges on promises made in the past. This is a heartbreaking thriller that asks: Can a resounding love with a perfect beginning survive a lifetime between two imperfect people?

Colleen Hoover slays me with her books

All your perfects had me so mad at the heroine. I wanted to slap her, shake her, cry for her, and def wanted to through my kindle a few times. Colleen takes you on an emotional rollercoaster that makes you hate her and love her at the same time and when the book is over you are begging her for more abuse to your emotions. Love you Colleen you evil genius

Waste of Words

I believe I have crossed over that line from obsessively loving Colleen Hoover's stories to realizing there's nothing left for me to say about this author's work that I haven't already said a million times before.

This story is perfection, and it hurts in all the right kind of ways.

Another Great romance

This is the first time I have listened to a book by this author. It was very well written and well narrated. It was interesting to listen to the characters develop and the story unfold. At times I felt like I was in a theater watching a play.

Spoilers here. Great book, pls read.

Wow. I’ve got tears. In a matter of one week I’ve read 6 CoHo books, all amazing but this is the first one that’s made me cry. I have tears a of joy but also, this book has brought out so many bottled up emotions I’ve had for the past two years within my marriage.

Although I only got just a glimpse of what it must feel like to really long for a baby , I nowhere near experienced what Quinn experienced. I was finally able to get pregnant and give birth (traumatic C-section). But what came after is what allows me to relate to the marriage problems Quinn and graham experience in the book. For me it was the birth Trauma, the body changes, the weight gain, deflated breasts, not recognizing myself when I looked in the mirror, the anxiety and depression- I lost myself and my identity, I could barely look at my husband, wouldn’t let him touch me for months, the sex was rare and just because I had to. My husband tries to be loving and caring and I just push him away.

Long story short, this book has allowed me to step back and reflect on what is really happening in my marriage. It’s still happening although I am in a much better headspace. Honestly I think a lot of that has to do with picking up books and reading again. With the pandemic and all I haven’t been able to escape not once to just recharge and recollect. Before the pandemic we would travel two or three times a year all over the world.

This book is so great… I read a lot of negative reviews regarding the performance but I actually really liked the performance. The book was hard to get through because it kept reminding me of my own marriage but it was all worth it because I really loved the ending. Gives me hope.

Also- I Love Graham.

I have been so happy with Colleen Hoover books, I am afraid I will get through them all and be lost. Such a good book and the performance was great.

Perfect isn’t always in the cards we are dealt

Colleen Hoover never ceases to amaze me, and with Madeleine Maby as the narrator you get incredible. This book is a roller coaster of emotions. From the first time Quinn and Graham meet on that fateful day, when Quinn resigns herself to the inevitable and realizes that she can’t fulfill her dreams, and when Graham makes her see that there happiness, love and future doesn’t hinge on what could have been, it’s what could be.
When you read or listen to this story be sure to have tissues handy. Fair warning.
