What was causing their memory loss.
The ending was a cliff hanger. The story itself did seem a bit rushed and there wasn’t much said about The Shrimp. They blew that off pretty quick. Overall it was suspenseful and kept me wanting to listen until the end to know how their story would close.

I just like it
I feel like the story at times wanted to take different directions attempting to throw you off but it just didn’t. I do t think I’ll read it again but enjoyed it enough the first time.

Fun Journey

Great narration. Confusing story.
I loved this novel until the last part and the epilogue. Maybe I just read too many murder mysteries but I think that is what I was expecting the entire time. It was kind of all over the place with love mixed in but the story was missing closure on multiple occasions. Great narration though from both parties.

Young Adult Read
This would be a nice read for a young adult. It was noticeable from the start and moreso throughout and toward the end. Playing Simon Says and the story felt more like Escape to Witch Mountain and there were no witches. I lost interest at Simon Says. The epilogue mentions neither set of parents or siblings of the main characters.

Mixed feelings
This ended up being a mix for me for my overall opinion. I would say it was worth a listen but I felt it was a little cheesy and parts of it didn't make sense to me. It seemed like the main characters did things that regular people would not do if the situation were to be really happening to someone. However, if you can get past that, overall it was worth a listen.
