The sheriff is deeply troubled, as it reminds him of a terrifying series of beheadings that occurred 20 years ago, when a mysterious killer dubbed the "Boogerman" went on a rampage, terrifying the town.
Determined to hunt down the killer before more monsters fall victim, Sheriff John recruits Bill, a werewolf whose powerful hellhounds, Bosley and Daisy, can track the killer's trail through the woods where Clara's body was found. Though the hounds are intimidating in appearance, they just might not be up to the task - except when motivated by Sheriff John treating them with gruff respect.
With his tough spirit, Bill's tracking skills, and the hellhounds' noses, Sheriff John hopes to find the killer before more monsters are slaughtered. But are they prepared for what they may uncover?
