We also look at the surgical strike capability, something that NATO claims to have but doesn’t. Intelligence reports show that US drone strikes will miss their intended targets 96.5% of the time. This is the most pathetic counter-terrorism record in the history of warfare. And it is so pathetic because of a lack of intelligence in what to attack. The result? Suicide bombs exploding in Western cities and destabilised countries, creating even more terrorists. Yet, terrorists can be taken out by spies and Special Forces, if you know where they are. This was a thoroughly distasteful research effort and I came across the disgusting administrative method used by the UN today to cover up for child & other sexual abuse by UN soldiers, wherever they are to be found.
