Great Sales Book

Would you consider the audio edition of Automobile Sales Made Easy to be better than the print version?

If you are in any kind of sales this is a must read book as it is so different then all the other sales books I have read. It is not about selling the customer but it is about helping the customer. The author maid me realize you really don't sell something to someone who does not want your product. It is about helping people buy what they want. There are no lies or tricks in this book, just a sincere effort to help the buyer who was dreaming about something. I learned I help people make their dreams come true with truth and effort. Thanks so much for making me a better salesperson.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Automobile Sales Made Easy?

That when I realized that sales is about helping people buy what they want instead of trying to sell them something.

What does Ron Welch bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Great style

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It made me a better salesperson and I can't wait to try my new style. I know I am going to help more people buy this way than I did when I was trying to sell customers.
