Eugene Peterson, translator and editor, learned from his years of teaching and pastoring that most people, through familiarity or frustration with the Bible, were missing the whole message of Scripture: the Word that God uses to create and save us, heal and bless us, judge and rule over us. Wish that chapters and books were labeled

The narrator does a great job and the message is a pleasure to listen to. I wish that the chapters were labeled with their names (Mark or Romans for example) so that I could search for a specific part more easily.

Where does The Message rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

The Message ranks high out of all the audiobooks I have listened to. Very easy to listen to.

What other book might you compare The Message to and why?

The Everyday Bible was very monotone and hard to listen too. Fast talking and I did not like the voice. This was an audio on my regular Kindel. Same with all the audio books on the old kindels.
