The Work is very powerful but

But the book is not particularly mind-blowing. It does help understand a little how the work is performed and gives some ideas for turn around, which are useful.

The best advice on body image

I love everything that Byron Katie writes and says. I just can’t get enough. I am so looking forward to attending the school in April of this year. I also bought all her audios. This is the most empowering advice that anyone has ever given me.
