Eh... Bodhipaksa seems to be compassionate in his intent, however personally, the performance of this guided meditation seems almost seductive and really bizzare.

I mainly play this audiobook when I go to sleep each night. So soothing and relaxing. The voice of the narrator is my absolute favorite! Just try the sample and you will be hooked.

These short meditations are helpful as a relaxation exercise at the end of the day or as an energizing break before tackling a new task. Bodhipaksa's voice is a bit quirky, but soothing when you get used to it. The pauses between instructions are long enough that he's not interfering with your thoughts, but short enough that your mind doesn't wander off topic.
