ANOTHER GOOD ONE!

I can't wait to start his next in the series!! Love his books and the characters feel like I personally know them. Couldn't want more from the story,,,except that it never end!

What the hell happened here

I’ve been reading this series in order -last book also had som weirdness in it - can’t quite describe it but basically the story is never quite developed - you are left hanging in several places!! And the ending is totally insane dropping the ball entirely on solving 2 murders !!! Oh maybe the reader has to read an entirely new book (the next one) to figure out the murders - but that certainly doesn’t make these stand alone novels !! Ugh I’m disappointed with this book and will give the next one Copper River a try … but I’m leary :(

Horrible take on women.

A female lawyer with no common sense makes the entire story a regrettable listen. Given the history of the family, Jo should be much more savvy.

Good Overall but incomplete.

Both my wife and I agree that we do not like endings which are designed to get you to the next novel. This one left us feeling incomplete.

A very enjoyable "read"!

A series with good character portrayals and enjoyable nature descriptions with a little American Indian cultural history snippets thrown in. Excellent distraction for relaxation.
