Good Story-Bad Sound Quality

Story & narration excellent. Very poor sound quality. :( I deleted from my cloud & re-downloaded 3 times, but sound remained "tinny" with lots of background sound heard, especially when wearing ear buds.

Who is your favorite author?

Somebody asked me that the other day, and it’s hard to answer, because I must have at least a dozen who rotate though the favorite slot. But the first name I came out with was John Sanford. His books are both thought provoking and full of action and he sticks to the point instead of just filling it with words. I actually have the entire prey series and I have listened to most of them more than once. I was really worried Lucas was retiring, but oh joy there is one more available for preorder, and I have ordered even though it appears not to have a title yet (apr 2023). I’m waiting for Virgil Flowers, too.

John's not what I expected, but I'd definitely drink a beer with him! I was expecting more of a Jonathan Mayberry type person, you know, a BA Lucas Davenport kind of guy 😉, but Jonathan Maberry's not like that either. This is my second time listening to the entire Prey series (, and every day I get to work/get home from work/remodel my bathroom/take an hour long shower with a big smile on my face! ❤️ What else can you ask for?!

Issue with recording

The entire time it sounds like it’s coming from a tunnel and the last couple hours you can hear other voices in the background.
