Rachel has always been a good girl--until her 30th birthday, when her best friend Darcy throws her a party. That night, after too many drinks, Rachel ends up in bed with Darcy's fiancé Dex. Rachel is horrified to discover that she has genuine feelings for Dex. She prays for fate to intervene, but when she makes a choice she discovers that the lines between right and wrong are blurry, endings aren't always neat, and you have to risk all to win true happiness.©2004 Emily Giffin (P)2009 Macmillan Audio Contemporary Friendship Genre Fiction Sagas Women's Fiction

WOW, this was great! Love the characters, the storyline, of course my main reason why I selected certain books is becuase of good voices by the narrator. Awesome! Can't wait for the movie

Once I started listening to this tale I was scarcely willing to stop- even for work. The narrator's skillful rendition makes the story all the better. This is one of those great stories that forces self-reflection and grants its readers a willingness to refrain from judging the "perceived" indiscretions of others. I ABSOLUTELY loved this story and not just because of the satisfying ending.

Outstanding, entertaining, story!

Lots of useless fillers - I would not recommend it- unbelievably the movie was better - I usually find the book is almost always better than the movie -

Enough already - we got it Rachel felt remorse and was a good person- that dialogue became monotonous and droned on.

The narrator was good - but the writer tended to chase rabbits as she wrote
