left me wanting more

Very good information here for those interested in the mind/body connection. The author reads alternately with a woman narrator, which I found really helped the pacing of this book. I will agree with another reviewer who longed for a bit more content - this is rather short. Including some of the healing meditations would have added some valuable content and bumped up the review to a 5 star.

Quantum Healing is the perfect place to begin your research on Ayurvedic care and treatment. It just amazes me that this book was released in 1989 and I'm just now reading it in 2019. Great place to begin your Ayurvedic journey. 💗Thank you!

Understanding my energy.

My energy comes from with in, my heart, my liver, my toe, my everything. My thoughts respond to my energy and my energy responds to my thoughts. I am one of those 1 in 100,000,000 that had a miraculous healing from esophagus cancer without radiation, chemo or surgery. This listening of Quantum Healing has touched on my beliefs in a way that is unbelievable as my healing. Dr. Chopra has an answer for many people and a method that would do so many good, if they only knew they had the power to heal themselves, and took the time to do so before they turn to the silver bullet.
