I've listened to this twice the first day! And it already is making a difference in the way I view things and how I react. Even though I'm not always the typical male in the stories I still find value. I'm actually going through a situation I thought I was doing things right but this explained away the questions I had about her reactions. I've switched it up and already the relationship is heading back in a positive direction.

Recommend this book for both men and women! I love it so much, listen several times. It helps us to understand better what is in the head of the opposite gender, as well as ourselves. I felt related to what he saying most of the time
