Gives me a better understanding about my Yoga practice how and why certain posses are the way they are.

Loved learning about Baron Baptiste

The first two chapters are great! It describes the theory behind the Baptiste yoga style and how he created. I am knew to this yoga style so it is very interesting. The only reason why I gave a 3 star to the story is because the last 2 chapters on which the poses are described are difficult to follow..

Would love to see Baptiste's Being of Power on Audible. Much of this one is describing the sets.

It differs from the written version but it is still great!

The poses that were omitted from the reading were confusing me since I followed along in the book for that part of it, but overall, this was well-prepared and well-read. Hearing the Sanskrit helped a lot.

Review

Great book but was disappointed that so much of the paper copy book was cut from audio version. I had expected purchase to include entire book.
