If you could sum up Working Together in three words, what would they be?
Five word description would be: Partner With Someone You Trust.Any additional comments?
The book outlined several traits that many partnerships had. What I noticed the most was that to partner with someone, you must trust them explicitly. You should expect that they would act better on your behalf than you might. If you have any hesitancies about a person, including tints of selfishness, laziness or whatever could make them less of a valuable partner you should not partner with them. A great partnership can flourish if at it's core is mutual respect and trust in each others motives.Great listen as many examples were recounted. It holds interest well.
Interesting to see what all partners had in common
