A story from the past about the past.

I read this book back in the mid 80's. I love the story but it does drag at times with segments that seem to repeat in different chapters. Overall, great story of survival before it was cool to write about survival.

Excellent narrator

What did you love best about Last of the Breed?

The story is one of my favorites so I picked it for my first audible book and I wasn't disappointed, I heard more of the story this way instead of reading because you don't skip over anything. Narrator excellent smooth voice with different tones and accents for characters.

Great story! One of the best of Louis Lamour!

This is one of the best stories ever. Louis Lamour has written so many great books but this one is tops. Loved hearing it again!
