Includes the following Harry Bosch thrillers, award-winning and all voiced by standout Broadway veteran Len Cariou:

ECHO PARK (2007 Audie Award Winner for Mystery): In 1995, Marie Gesto disappeared after walking out of a supermarket in Hollywood. Harry Bosch worked the case but couldn't crack it, and the 22-year-old woman never turned up, dead or alive. Now Bosch is in the Open-Unsolved Unit, where he still keeps the Gesto file on his desk, when he gets a call from the DA. Michael Connelly's suspenseful new novel pits the detective People magazine calls "one of the most complex crime fighters around" against one of the most sadistic killers he has ever confronted. It confirms that Michael Connelly "is the best writer of suspense fiction working today" (Richmond Times-Dispatch).
THE NARROWS (AudioFile Magazine Earphones Award Winner): FBI agent Rachel Walling finally gets the call she's dreaded for years, the one that tells her the Poet has surfaced. She has never forgotten the serial killer who wove lines of poetry in his hideous crimes--and apparently he has not forgotten her.
Former LAPD detective Harry Bosch gets a call, too--from the widow of an old friend. Her husband's death seems natural, but his ties to the hunt for the Poet make Bosch dig deep. Arriving at a derelict spot in the California desert where the feds are unearthing bodies, Bosch joins forces with Rachel. Now the two are at odds with the FBI...and squarely in the path of the Poet, who will lead them on a wicked ride out of the heat, through the narrows of evil, and into a darkness all his own...

THE OVERLOOK: In his first case since he left the LAPD's Open Unsolved Unit for the prestigious Homicide Special squad, Harry Bosch is called out to investigate a murder that may have chilling consequences for national security. A doctor with access to a dangerous radioactive substance is found murdered in the trunk of his car. Retracing his steps, Harry learns that a large quantity of radioactive cesium was stolen shortly before the doctor's death. With the cesium in unknown hands, Harry fears the murder could be part of a terrorist plot to poison a major American city.

Critic reviews

"Len Cariou's pitch- perfect performance is understated yet expressive. His tone, pacing, and characterization capture the inner turmoil of the detective and the grittiness of the corrupt environment in which he operates. The abridgment never seems choppy or incomplete. And those new to the series will be drawn in without missing a beat. Connelly writes a compelling story with a strong sense of place, and Cariou delivers it with style."—-AudioFile Magazine on Echo Park
"How smart and fortunate for listeners that Hachette Audio has turned to veteran Connelly reader Len Cariou for some added weight. Cariou catches all the strength and sadness behind Bosch's minimal dialogue and is also perfect as Harry's LAPD colleagues, female and male. He is especially good at bringing to frightening life the real villains. "—-Publishers Weekly on The Overlook
"Connelly (Echo Park) delivers a masterly piece of cotemporary fiction that goes beyond the average police procedural. Connelly's novels are quite simply only getting better with age; the banter of the murder investigation is smart and the action taut. This sixth narraton of a Bosch mystery by Len Cariou is excellent and brings the characters to life. Highly recommended."—-Libary Journal on The Overlook
Engaging Plots • Intricate Mysteries • Excellent Narration • Complex Protagonist • Unexpected Twists

Harry Bosch’ collection was just good. There are not masterpieces but you never get bored when listen them.

A sure bet

There are many audio glitches throughout that are distracting. Otherwise good and worth the credit for 3 stories! Order is messed up too. Still a Bosch fan tho!!

Good series but audio bad

Story was great. Narrator was good. But the production quality was lousy. In several places it skipped or repeated like a scratched vinyl record.

Hard to keep getting better with so many Bosch stories, but this is a good entry. I don't like the random music at all. End of chapters or parts is ok, but not just out of the blue.

Solid, but not the best Bosch by far

I prefer the Titus Welliver narration. These were typical Connelly books. Good pace, characters and fast moving.

All 3 good...
