Great Leaders Grow

One of the top 10 books I've read or listened to on Leadership. I'm a retired military senior leader with over 32 years of in leadership. The book was in a story format, simple, and relatable.

A wonderful story Inspiring teaching book

This book was written like a story with a lot the teaching. Very easy to listen and learn. Thank you. I feel like I grow as I listen to this book.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

This book has many parts to it, with different speakers. It is not a book to listen to all in one sitting. I found that I needed time to absorb what each speaker discussed.

I really enjoyed this book, I felt each speaker had so much to present that can be used in my life, at work or daily living. I am glad that I purchased this.

Great leadership book.

I listen to this book twice to finally get it. Not because it was difficult but because the 1st time I just went through the motion and barely remembered the key points. The 2nd time I was more committed to learn and grow. So I took notes, stopped the audio and replayed it to take notes. As I did that it helped me internalize the advices and self evaluate to see where I was as a leader and what I needed to work on to grow. Great book and it wasn't too lenghty.
