I just wish she didn't mention other people or their experiences during the meditation , it was distracting and influenced my own visions.

If it had more then 1 chapter! Different scenarios.

Not a soothing voice to help you get comfortable.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

I thought it was fun! It was a nice trip into my desired future! Wouldn't have thought to think this way without this book!

loved this 'ideal day' busy visualization

this was a very creative visualization led by Martha Beck voice and I found it to be very uplifting and a great resource for helping me to create the life I desire
