Elizabeth Camden’s inspirational fiction takes listeners on an unparalleled emotional journey.

In The Rose of Winslow Street, Libby Sawyer and her father return from summer vacation to find another family living in their home. Widower Michael Dobrescu brought his family all the way from Romania to stake a decades-old claim on their house, and he has no plans to leave. As a contentious legal battle drags on, Libby finds herself drawn to Michael and his mysterious past. But she’ll soon have to choose between her family and a man with decidedly unclear intentions.

I love Elizabeth Camden's writing and this story was good. I simply didn't care for the narrator's voice. Had listened to another book she narrated earlier this year. However, Elizabeth Camden is still among my favorite authors of historical fiction.

Good story but didn't care for narrator's voice

First, Barbara Rosenblatt is one of the best narrator’s I have ever heard. She has the most perfect voice for this job! She put on so many different voices and accents for this story and did it so well that I repeatedly forgot it was one person. Second, this story was so phenomenal. SO phenomenal. It was so good that I feel like screaming about it until my voice box bursts into flames.

Absolutely incredible!

Great storyline, teaches history, and upholds honor and dignity in the characters. Keeps you guessing as to the mystery and how all the pieces will unfold.

Honor and dignity upheld

This story wrenched my heart because I also struggle with learning difficulties and the isolation they sometimes bring. I felt the Author covered beautifully the struggles we all face with the many differences we face in our society. The negative ways we sometimes handle them and the ability to overcome and accept each other as the wonderful creations of a Higher Being. A Beautiful love story illustrating how we sometimes find the beauty within ourselves thru the the eyes of another, and the enabling power of service to those around us. The Narrator skillfully pulled us along and I was pulled in till the wonderful ending. Bravo!

Heartwarming and Engaging
