PSEUDO-SCIENCE

I FOUND THIS WORK TO BE MADE UP OF A SOMEWHAT MUDDLED PLOT AND A LOT OF PSEUDO-SCIENTIFIC TALK AND RUMINATION.GAVE UP AFTER THREE HOURS OF LISTENING,BUT IN, RETROSPECT, SHOULD HAVE DONE SO EARLIER.

Fragmented

I was looking forward to reading Christian fiction by a new author I discovered, Steven James, but found his story very fragmented. He includes an excessive amount of 'thought dialog' that gets rather boring. Many scenes were not connected well and seemed thrown together. After listening for hours I lost interest and didn't end up finishing it. Some of the content was a bit crude for a Christian story. I was going to try another one of his books, but after reading reviews discovered he puts a lot of graphic violence in his books that offer little to no inspirational content.
