This is a great listen to help understand and visualize how to implement EOS. I relisten occasionally and reference some parts when I want to reinforce or improve an aspect of the EOS method we've implemented.

Great Follow-up to the book Traction

I listened to this book on audible after listening to and reading Traction. This one really brought it home for me and allowed me to understand the concepts much better.
