An excellent work. A novel with historical accuracy; as far as Roman adventures go.i just finished the book and I’m about to start it again.

Easy listen

Loved it. Great story. Will probably finish all the books. Great escape from everyday life.

Great narration, great book.

I wasn't so keen on the author when i started the series of books but he's grown on my and class him as one of my favourite narrators. I was sad to find he's not doing the subsequent books, so I doubt I will continue the series on Audible. The story itself is great though, so maybe i'll just buy the hardcopy.

this series just keeps getting better! the narrator has done a fantastic job and the story is always captivating. the danger and stakes feel real and I'm honestly impressed by the all the characters
