Loved it. The love story was so beautiful. Carley mother and step father , so horrible. I liked that when the truth came out, Mrs. Jackson did not have them separated and mad with days apart

Loved the storyline

Like many other books by Brenda Jackson, I thought this one was well written. At times it was a bit unrealistic, but aren't most love stories??? Overall, the book is worth your time. I just wished that a different person would narrate. Not a big fan of Pete.

The most memorable moment was Lee Madaris letter he wrote to Carly the night before their wedding - Priceless!

What about Pete Ohms’s performance did you like?

I love Pete Ohms voice and his interpretation of each characters voice. He made it very interesting, sexy and fun. I especially like his performance during the Epilogue, he had to switch so many times between characters and he nailed it. I love his Mama Laverne voice. He did a wonderful job!!!

I really like all Pete Ohms performances of Brenda Jackson Madaris books. He can step into the role of any of the characters and bring them to life. Brenda Jackson wrote an incredible storyline in this book. It's a very well written love story with lots of passion, romance, sexiness, suspense, and drama. She has written 100 books - WOW!!! What an accomplishment - highest praise to you Mrs. Jackson. I loved this book. Both audio and written versions.
