How did Lev Calder move from an unwillingly escaped Tithe to a clapper? In this revealing short story, Neal Shusterman opens a window on Lev’s adventures between the time he left CyFi and showed up at the Graveyard. Pulling elements from Neal Shusterman’s critically acclaimed Unwind and giving hints about what is to come in the riveting sequel, UnWholly, this short story is not to be missed.

I enjoyed this. It was a nice novella to get me back into the world after a long break from the 1st one. The narration was good, and I liked the new characters that were introduced.

A nice look back into the Unwind world

I loved the character development in the res. I thought this would fill in the blanks between Joplin & the graveyard. It did, a little, but left me wanting more.

Interesting new characters

PARTS PIRATES
Not sure this answered any questions? If you are a huge Un Fan, you will want to listen. If you are just a warm fan, it will not be that interesting. Book one is great, everyone should read that. I have not read book Two yet, but I will. Lev spends time with some Indians, sorry Native Americans, sorry Chance People and he is treated well, But and it is a big But.

CHANCE PEOPLE
The newness of the whole Un, may be wearing off on me and I found the Chance People with their stilted talk and different beliefs, just a bit boring. Not that their is anything wrong with believing in Animal Spirits and transplanting animal hearts into humans is not any more unbelievable then being Un, I just could not get into it. I might be too old?
