Flew through this!

Well this follow up collection of short stories exceeded my expectations! Usually follow ups to the actual series fall a bit flat, but this was really well done. I would never have known it was multiple authors either, as it very much felt like a continuation after the fourth book. If you liked the series, definitely stick around for Unbound too.

this was fun little side stories to clear things up I loved it alot. I wish it wasn't over but it was nice while it lasted this needs a TV adaptation asap

Kind of a bore.

Don’t get me wrong I love female narrators when done correctly. But these ones were not very good and tended to put me to sleep I couldn’t really focus on the story because they didn’t have emotion in the characters everyone sounded exactly the same. Coming off the bother books this one was a let down from the narration perspective.

Love this Series. Sad that it's over

I enjoyed the various stories and revisiting characters! I will miss this series! Highly recommend the full series!

Very fulfilling

This book was a nice touch. It wasn’t quite what I was expecting when I started listening, but it was cool to hear some of the different stories throughout the time frame of the book.

Great catch up and fill in Yet!...the voices did not match the characters already set up. And there was NO! catch up/fill in on Connor and Resia! That was disappointing. Orherwise, good.

Love it.

Ok so it gives back story to some of the event through out the series and gives closure to some. One story was repeated if you bought the small novela about it. But still good performances. It’s multiple stories and it was very engaging. Though it did leave me with wanting to know what happened to certain characters as they didn’t have their own short story. But they kinda hint to it throughout some of them. But definitely a must for the unwind fans. And the fact a movie is actually in the works for unwind with lionsgate excites me to the core. Too bad arc of the scythe wasn’t made into one. That series is good too.

Good but needs more

This was one of the best in the series. But the synopsis is not accurate. Connor is not even in this book and Risa and Lev only appear in the past. I was excited to find out what happens next with Connor and Risa but it is only vaguely guessed at by other characters. I hope Shusterman decides to write one more book about Connor Risa and Lev , which he may be planning based on how this book ends. Overall it was a good read, probably the best in the series besides Undivided.
