Great book on how to close the deal -

Practice makes perfect and Grant gives you the basics of how to sharpen your close pencil to ink the deal every time - over and over again.

I personally hate when sales people use this high pressure, mind manipulation, guilt tripish tactics. Do they work? Yeah, more than I would like to admit. Do I feel good about it? Nope. Would I want to do that to other people? Nah, I would feel horrible. But I’m an ambivert and an empath. I would rather work a little harder knowing that people are buying what I’m selling because they really wanted it..... but, if my house was up for foreclosure and my kids needed to eat, I would pull this book out and give it more of a go. Still feeling horrible about myself along the way.
