Very eye opening and I’ll practice her suggestions. The only recommendation I have is for easy access to the PDFs for those of us who don’t buy a hard copy. Can’t find them.

the book was very informative gave lots of tips for those dealing with autoimmune disease. But the audiobook refers to PDF enhancement and appendices which are not provided.
