Protecting Cheyenne is the fifth book in the SEAL of Protection Series. It can be listened to as a stand-alone, but it's recommended you hear the books in order to get maximum enjoyment out of the series.

HOT, HOT, HOT!

Take charge seals are so hot. Cheyenne is fantasizing about a military man, last name Cooper. She had seen him at the neighborhood grocery store on more than one occasion. Dude is called to that very store to disarm a bomb only to discover it's wrapped around Cheyenne. Action-packed and filled with suspense, this is s fascinating book.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

It really kept me listening. I had a little trouble with the bad guys - they weren't put together but that helped the rescue scene. The whole rescue scene had me holding my breath.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I am usually not keen on submissive/master type romance. That doesn't mean that I didn't like the story - there has to be differences because otherwise there would only be one story. This was only a minor submissive/master - not anything too hard core.

Great book in series!

I really enjoyed Dude and Cheyenne’s love story. Since Dude is a demolition expert, he gets called by the local police to help with a bomb threat at the local Kroger. There he meets Cheyenne who has been taken hostage and strapped with a bomb. He gets her free of it and falls for her while doing so. Unfortunately, the relatives of some of the criminals killed during the situation have not forgotten her role and are out for revenge. Narration was excellent!

Laughter

so much of this story made me laugh. I had fun reading it and hope the rest of the series has a touch of humor as well
