this book tells Nick Frost's story."warts and all" while it has allot of loss and grief it shows that he always keeps on moving. It is also very comical in some pages. well written and ready to listen to.

I'd listen to this man read the newspaper

Good storytelling is an art. Nick Frost is just one of those guys I'll always root for. If I can support him while finding out we're WAY more alike than I ever suspected is kind of the best possible audiobook outcome. Hope he writes more.

Beautiful

Many of you may know him from his many films and television credits. This story isn’t about that, well kind of it is. It’s the journey of how he found himself, lost himself, loved, lost love, good times, bad times. It’s the story of him and it was an amazing one 5/5.
