I will be listening again and again. I am thankful for this book. so many lessons were taught in such an easily understandable way with metaphors and stories.

...you haven’t heard mr. kornfield narrate his book......you haven’t heard nothing. It’s all here in his gentle voice.
Do not hesitate or waffle, should I or not? YES, you must and then, you will have it all.

Jack Kornfield is a very good teacher

I’ve been meditating regularly for just under two years. It’s been an incredible journey, recently though I’ve found myself in a bit of a dark phase you might say for the last couple of months. I feel this book really guided me through that because of the overall tone and emphasis on welcoming anything and everything, a “free heart” as he would put it. Anyway, great book, touches on many topics all of which are practical and helpful. I’m looking forward to starting another book of his.
