Geralt the Witcher battles monsters, demons and prejudices alike in Sword of Destiny, the second collection of adventures in Andrzej Sapkowski’s groundbreaking epic fantasy series that inspired the Netflix show and the hit video games.

Geralt is a Witcher, a man whose magic powers, enhanced by long training and a mysterious elixir, have made him a brilliant fighter and a merciless hunter. Yet he is no ordinary killer: His targets are the multifarious monsters and vile fiends that ravage the land and attack the innocent.

Sword of Destiny is the follow up to The Last Wish, and together they are the perfect introduction to a one of a kind fantasy world.

Weak actor, he should dedicated his talent to romantic novels, but not an action story like the Witcher, very mellow way to narrate. Also Dandelion sounds so weak and feminine, and everyone now he is also a great fight companion.

I’m very disappointed with his performance.

Great story, but...

It is an amazing set of tales. The narrator does an excellent job. If only the was more time in a day.

Captivating

Getting closer to a novel, and connecting many more threads. Voice work is stellar and the story engaging.

Less of a series of vignettes, more linear

I’ve listened to the first two books and love it. It can be hard to understand at time because it does jump around from past to present at time and if you’re not paying attention you may get lost or it may be irritating. Just listen to the damn series.

Great series

I really enjoyed these "short stories” about Geralt’s adventures many of which inspired episodes of the Netflix series season 1.

The narration is as good as any I have ever heard. I could immediately tell who was speaking and the acting Peter Kenny can do with his voice seriously raised my enjoyment of this book. This is what it sounds like in my head when I am reading. Narrator of the year.

Great Story, GREAT Narration

These stories are amazing. the Narrator does an incredible job as well. Probably the best I've listened to.

Fantastic!

Very good! Less action than the last one, with lots more emotion. It definitely fleshes out the story, though at times it can be a bit confusing as it seems to jump around the overall timeline.

Emotional Rollercoaster 🎢

Brilliant performances of each character, it was easy to tell who was who and it made listening a pleasure.

Toss a Coin to your Narrator
