Couldn’t stand the reading- didn’t finish

The reader enunciated well and had a nice voice. But every.single.paragraph followed the exact same grating up and down vocal rhythms. I couldn’t stand to finish listening and quit after a couple chapters. I couldn’t even follow the plot because of the bad narration.

I enjoyed learning more about this moment in history.

I loved the relationships of the crew and guests as portrayed as well as the proposed reason for the explosion.

Fun historical fiction w excellent details.

Complete fictionalization of the disaster but very entertaining and insightful. Liked it very much and would recommend to any history buff.

Interesting historical fiction

If you enjoy historical fiction, this book is for you. It’s about a period of time that most people are not familiar with the Hindenburg disaster. There’s been major motion, pictures about it and many documentaries and this author provides one interesting storyline involving the actual characters that were present.

This book stimulated my interest enough to encourage me to look up more information about it, which is what historical fiction should do. The author actually incorporated extensive true facts into the story and I very much enjoyed reading about that period of time

Very entertaining story

What a great and interesting topic

I really enjoyed this book. I found the topic fascinating and didn’t know a lot about The Hindenburg. The author did a great job developing the characters,who were based on real people. There was some technical information about zeppelins and how they flew, but not so much that it was overwhelming or boring. I recommend this book.
