God is Faithful, Gracious, Abounding in Steadfast Love

I don’t even have the proper words to describe the beauty this book holds! God is faithful and truly The One who mercifully and graciously looks out for the orphans and works through His people to do so! George Mueller’s life refreshes my heart and to hear of how God was at work in and through him was a blessing to hear. He wasn’t always the most “interesting” story teller but that’s not the point of this book - the point of this book I believe is partly if not entirely to glorify God by lifting up God’s faithfulness in prayer - to motivate God’s people to believing prayer. Truly a transformative, heart warming, instructive, encouraging read! I now know even more so why Paul Washer considers this book and George Mueller so precious, praise God for this book and all He did through dear brother George Mueller! May we learn from this book to pray believing and constantly, with dependency! And may we also learn to be abundant in good works and to intentionally look to take care of those who have not especially may we all gain a burden for orphans. May we all seek to see how we can care for orphans and widows - willing and ready to adopt too and not be selfish but giving in light of all that Jesus has done for us!!❤️✝️🩸

I loved the story. I struggled some with the first few hours as money came just in time as God wanted it. It was hard for me but may not be for you. George Muller loves to give stars on money that came in. ultimately it is a testimony to God's faithfulness.

This book encouraged me and I believe it will encourage you to see what God can do through a faithful man or woman.
