The writer has a lot of love and respect for dogs, and he knows what he is talking about. I think that is wonderful.

Dog husbandry

Something that stood out that I haven’t seen in other books are the things to do to prepare your dog to be handled at the vet, when circumstances change in the future (such as when you raise your dogs without young children, and then grandchildren come into the mix) and a lot of thinking down the road for the future information.

Lovely introduction to puppies!

Very good book with lots of useful tips. The main points are repeated many times, and shown with funny examples. Very useful and a very nice introduction to new owners or those who want a better behaved doggy next time!
All advises are very specific and well explained.
