Author was easy to follow along with. Instructions & suggestions seemed incremental and achievable. This was a great read.

Super short checklist to form an LLC

loved this list. its short and straight to the point. and its super cheap as well so you cant go wrong. if your looking for more information i would definitely give "run your own Cooperation" a listen, that book goes into great detail on LLC's and more.

Too big a subject for a "Summary"...

This can be helpful for those starting from scratch, but perhaps this might be better handled with a full-blown, physical version of the book.
