I didn't enjoy the male narrator at all. I appreciate that the author didn't get too graphic with Pim's abuse. This book was definitely dark even without that.

In Love

I love this series, I have actually read the books, and just couldn't help myself from purchasing the audio books as well. Elder and Pim have a very different relationship as others have had in a couple of other series from Pepper Winters. The thoughts and communication between the pair makes the book stand out from many others and yet pulls you in further as their one sided verbal communication continues. I can not wait to continue listening and the narrators capture the true feel of this series.

P.S. this is one of the easiest ways to refresh your memory before the next book comes out!

wonderful story

i loved this story, i had the pleasure or reading the first books, i got the listen to last book, and i had to listen to all. the narration is the best i have ever listened to. congrats!!!

Great story and narration!

I loved the way the narrators did the voices. One of my biggest pet peeves is listening to male narrators do female voices and vice versa. This was a great narrative. I loved the story and characters, which were brought to life by the talent of the narration.

As usual Pepper delivers!

Great storytelling and character building. She has never led me astray so far book one has been captivating if not a little bit uncomfortable like every good Pepper book!
