Lure of a great story

This is book 3 in the series. Anna Lowe the author has a great series . It centres around special force brothers once they were discharged they make a home on Hawaii.
This story is about Hunter a bear shifter .
Hero is Hunter. Heroine is Dawn Dawn is a policewoman.
Both Hunter and Dawn have had feelings for each other but they keep it hidden .
Dawn wishes she can tell Hunter and show Hunter her love. Dawns past is keeping her quiet , her hurt from a man from her lady.
Hunter has an opportunity to Dawn when during a wedding a shifter from Hunters past shows up and he’s dangerous.
How does Hunter handle it , or was it Dawn that saved the event

Kelsey performance was great. Her voice is strong , clear and smooth.

Hunter and Dawn

This book was so good—just like the others in this series! In my opinion, everything Ms. Lowe writes is gold. I have loved every book of hers that I have read. Hunter was an absolute doll! So sweet and gentle for such a large grizzly bear. Until he finally had his mate, he was so sad (his background story explains this). You couldn’t help but feel for him. I like the self-talk of both Hunter and Dawn. Hunter’s bear was so funny. Dawn's self-talk would go between negative and positive (once she found out he was a bear). Dawn and Hunter were hired as part of the security detail for the celebrity wedding of Gina VanderPelt. Gina was a b!tch. Another Spirit Stone comes into play. Ms. Lowe does a great job in writing b!tchy and evil characters as well as the good ones. Jericho (someone from Hunter's past) was invited to the wedding. He was an evil b@st@rd who was out for himself and I love what happens to him. Lilly, although her role was small, was also a great character in this book.

Kelsey Osborne did a great job with the narration. She has been consistent throughout this series. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Another great story!

As usual, another great dtory! o love this series and can't get enough of them.

I am in love with this series, and this newest book is just as great. The main characters are really well written, you just can't stop reading. You have to know how their story comes together. I can't wait for the rest of the books in this series to come out.

<3 Hunter's Story

Set in picturesque Hawaii, Lure of the Bear is book 3 in the Aloha Shifter series. The stones are calling out to each other, one by one they make their way to the island. Only the circumstances are less than desirable. And this story is no exception. With a high profile wedding rolling into town with a bratty heiress, Hunter (private bodyguard) and Officer Dawn find themselves assigned to detail.

Hunter is a solitary creature, but he has a mate. A mate that wants nothing to do with him. Will the wedding and the stone bring them together or expose more of Hunter's lifestyle? Can't wait to hear the stories for Cruz and Silas :) The women might be a handful but they brought character and spunk into the misfit band of shifters!

I really enjoy Kelsey Osborne's narration, so I definitely enjoyed the audio version!

Another awesome addition to this series! Another excellent job by the narrator Kelsey Osborne! Loved listening to this story in audio! Each book in this series is about a different couple, but there is a continuing storyline throughout all the books, and previous characters appear from the previous books, so I'd read the previous books before starting this one. Lure of the Bear is Hunter and Dawn's story, and I love that Officer Dawn Meli already knew about Hunter being a bear shifter from the previous book, so I was really looking forward to seeing her reaction in this book, and how Hunter was going to claim his mate. Hunter is having a really hard time with Dawn after she found out that Hunter and his friends are shifters, and Dawn has some walls up due to some past events, so she has been really knocked off balance with the news that there are shifters in the World, and that the guy she has been crushing on is one of them. I loved Hunter! He is so sweet and understanding, and I absolutely love bear shifters! They are so adorable! And of course fierce! Dawn and Hunter are cute together! I loved the backstory between the two, and I liked that they were a little awkward with each other. This is almost a second chance at love story, which I love! I also love the continuation of the magical jewels storyline, which adds a cool magical element to the story, and this book as with the previous books has the suspense element, which adds to the danger in the action scenes, and I loved the Bridezilla aspect; it made for some humorous scenes! Oh and I loved the kitten!! Keiki is adorable! I'm really looking forward to Cruz's story! I love when the gruff ones fall in love! Action, Adventure, and Love!

Un-Bear ably good

I liked this story about Boone , the bear shifter and Dawn, the police officer who harbored feelings for each other for years. Now that Dawn knows Boone is a shifter it puts her off. But the animal attraction cannot be ignored, not when you are fated mates. Add in a bridezilla (the narrator did a great job) they are doing security for and bad guys and you have a fascinating story. I received a free audio and am reviewing voluntarily.

Excellent story

This is a wonderful story with action, drama, romance and friendship. It is done beautifully by Kelsey Osborne. Each story in this series gets better. Can't wait for the next story. I highly recommend any book written by Anna Lowe.
