The most thorough modern book on awakening I’ve ever come across. Grounded in modern psychology and science yet informed by ancient meditation traditions, Loch Kelly brings it all together. A beautiful, thoughtful, heart-centered approach to this natural process of waking-up (and out and in). I’ve listened to it twice and read it once. I’ve gotten so much out of it each time. A rich resource.

A powerful map using meditation “glimpse” and understanding of contemporary psychology to journey to wholeness. I have read the book however the Audible version is particularly powerful for the guided meditations and the added plus of Loch’s narration. Recommending to all my fellow travelers.
