Narration the worse

Really? I can’t believe the other reviews, now don’t get me wrong the storyline isn’t bad but the narration is the worse! There is nothing sexy in the tone of the narrators! The female is tolerable but the male needs to be recast, just terrible!

Author to watch...

This book had plenty steam, romance, comedy and action, well written with a feisty female lead and a sexy alpha male who isn't a d*ickwad. I really enjoyed it and I think this is definitely an author to watch because with a few changes would be a bestseller author. The biggest thing I would tweak is, it needs more plot... add some twists or mystery, lead up to the intial romance a bit more and the bedroom scenes in this book is where the true talent lies, they are in alot of romance books but few writers actually do them well imo, especially where the male lead says and thinks such incredibly sexy things. However I would extend them a bit, because other than the first few, later on they, while still steamy, felt a little rushed and the heat should always be well spaced and build.

Great series

Fantastic book I now have a new author to binge on I love it when there is not only a male and female narrator but when they can also do a decent other gender voice it just makes the book even better

female narrator is so whiny

I usually don't write reviews unless they are favorable. I figure just because I did not enjoy a story doesn't mean others shouldn't give it a chance. So this is more of a "heads up" not a review.
I couldn't get past the 4th chapter the female narrator turned me off. The heroine is written as a shy somewhat meek woman in her early 20's however for the most part the narrator portrayed her almost in the light of a whiny teen constantly on the verge of tears. I'll be purchasing the kindle edition since I can tell the story is worth the read.
