I enjoyed “Devil’s Pleasure Palace so much I was excited to dive into this. Great book. However not as easy to follow as Devils Pleasure Palace. Still I’ll listen to it again. Tons of meat to chew on.

Great cultural criticism

Walsh is a polymath. He writes well and reads very well. To read/hear him is to receive an education.
