I really liked this book

I read/listened to this book cover to cover and have tried all the techniques in the book! I have my dream plans and I know when I'm dreaming. I see everything as a movie and I have not gotten to the point where I can take control of the dream. I have been using the techniques to remember my dreams and recall them hours later. The lessons in this book I've found very useful! I have recommended this book to others to help them learn to lucid dream!

Definite introductory

I've heard many things about lucid dreaming but want aware of what it exactly meant. The author not only explained it but also made me realize I've done it before.

Excellent resource!

This is a fantastic book. It is full of compelling ideas and solid action items. Even better, the author is great to listen to. I could listen to him for ages and ages! Regardless, this is a book I’ll be coming back to again and again. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in exploring lucid dreaming.

Every word is important. Be prepared to take excellent notes for future execution. The relative dietary information was 1 of my favorite parts.I love when the author reads their own book to me. Well done!
