This is a great book on achieving separation. I'd recommend this for everyone, especially teens and young adults.

Entertaining

I never encountered anything in the book but I’ve been researching this sort of thing and I think there might be something to it. I'm going to give some of the activities a try.

An excellent description of out of body experience utilizing more subtle causal bodies we have access to within Great techniques to enhance Astral experience and travel. A well recommended book to novices of this possibility, as it describes in detail the nature of consciousness well.

It has loads of advice and tools for anyone to get Astro projection. I thought it was well worth the value and a timeless classic.

changed my life

This was the first book I learned on astral dynamics (the old edition) and it still is the best one on the subject. It is very clear and gave me all the explanations I wanted.

Very Easy

I bought this book, practiced the exercises daily as instructed and had a very successful OBE using the techniques described in the book. I only stopped practicing the method because I thought I might find a method that was easier.

I gained this audiobook so exciting that I was first out of my mind before I got out of my body. The knowledge goes against conventional thinking and is great. I believe everybody should try OBE sometime.

Good Manual

This book provides a manual for spiritual growth through learning how to engage in astral projection. If you want an easy approach, look elsewhere, but you WILL get out of this book what you put into it.
