Two idiots, Leonhard "Rocky" Krauss and Byron "Twig" Schlaeger, escape from a mental institution, Cedar Hill Sanitarium, and go on a murderous rampage. Rocky is a large man suffering from gigantism, and Twig is a foul-mouthed and perverted little person. Separately, they had always been mistreated and bullied, but together, they are unstoppable, unleashing sadistic and barbaric acts of violence on the assholes of society.

Twisted and demented.. I loved it!

I had to take a break every once in a while to pet something furry or hear a child's laughter. Just to scrub some of the images from my brain.

Loved it!

I couldn't stop listening to the story. The narrator did an amazing job reading the book and changing the voices with each character.

Extreme on all fronts. Lots of detailed gore, rape, sodomy, all sorts of bodily fluids. I love Wade H Garrett. The guy writes the most extreme stuff. It’s all kinda done in a dark comedy style too. Twig is hilarious. Read at your own risk. Probably not while eating.
