wonderfully written, perfect love story

just when you think you know where the book is going you realize there is still 10hrs left and it takes a huge left turn. a must read!

My Two Pennies

Let me start off by saying that I enjoyed this story. Of course right off the bat I'm in love with Chase the hot firefighter and the attention he gives Callie who wouldn't right?. As we get further into their story I started to get a bit irritated by the way he truly is. I love how Callie has her girls with her through think and thin and when Ashley comes into the mix, absolutely fell in love all over again. The story definitely took a turn I wasn't expecting but it was a good one. I can't forget about Kiki, she is such a beautiful soul and it goes to show you never judge a book by its cover. There were a few teary scenes and others I had such a huge smile for. Overall this was a beautiful story and I loved it.


Audiobook listen brought me back and I was swooning for Ash all over again and wanting to find a Kiki of my own. The narration was full of emotion and each character stood strongly on their own.

Plot Twist!

So happy I didn't stop listening to this book.. after reading some of the other reviews I would have missed out on an amazing book!! I loved it!! I laughed out loud, swooned, cried, and a plethora of other emotions. Kacey Shea is quite an amazing story teller. Get caught in a great story

This is my first Kacey Shea audio. I can see the author wrote a great story . The story is hot , steamy , the story is full of suspense. Lots of twists and turns , smart women and hot firemen .
Heroine is Casie Hero is Chase.
Casdie has always had the hots for a man in a uniform , so when a house became available near the fire station she had to grab it . Chase catches her eyes and imagination, chase and Cassie get together but Cassie life falls apart , by betrayal true friends come together and help her .
There are 2 friends that help Cassie and one will help Cassie with her HEA. Grab it and see hat happens to Chase and who helps Cassie.

Savanna Peachwood was fantastic, her voice is sexy, dreamy , clear and strong .
