really unique story. well written and narrated well too. lots of graphic detail and the gore scenes are very intense

book had me in Jake's corner the whole time no matter how harsh his punishment was for the "pigs"
it gets pretty gory for the imagination so this is not for the faint of heart... for the right audience (as distinguished in the summary) it is just right
