This books was a short easy listen. It focuses more on you as a person then the relationship itself, and that’s what so was looking for🙂

Mostly a Good Listen

I think this is really good for someone who is raw in their break up but I found the fantasizing about a new relationship particularly unhelpful and not great when listening to it in an audio style.
It makes sense in a book form but when you are just listening in a car or wherever, the order and chapters doesn’t quiet flow. It is quick and easy for those who just need to keep themselves progressing in their breakup.

So helpful I definitely recommend if you’re going through a break up this will help you realize you’re going to be okay😊

I liked it and it was relatively simple too understand as I am and have gone through similar life changes.

Mind opening
