Entertaining but dark

I am a huge Jay Bell fan. This story however was a bit darker than I usually like. It is like all of his books well written. There were just some parts where I got very upset at the characters very unbelievable reactions and decisions.

Emotional Rollercoaster

Listened to the entire book in 1 weekend. Now one of my all-time favourite books

Whirlwind of emotions

I mostly listen to audio books while I’m at work. This book had me going from laughing out loud to tearing up while I was at work. I received many strange looks from customers because of it. I listen with my headphones in so they had no idea why I was laughing or tearing up. I absolutely loved this book!

Amazing!!

This has been one of the best books I have ever listened to. The entire story was so captivating and I never got bored!!

Engaging

I’ve never felt so connected and emotionally involved with a book. I could feel the dynamic of each scene as if it was a memory that I had lived myself. I would say that this is a must read/listen. Can’t wait for someone to turn it into a movie or mini series.
