Helpful for Beginners

This book is very helpful for anyone new to investing or real estate agents. I found the noise that they used to alert you to interesting facts to be particularly piercing, but the content was very helpful.

altho before reading the book i knew that negotiating gets better with practice, this book gave me a whole perspective on how negotiating can take place with real estate , i recommend to anyone wanting to add to their arsenal of knowledge that can guide you to new strategies and new ways to make it a win-win , now the next step is implement what i read

this book is way better than I thought it was going to be! It is for people who are just starting out and for the ones who have been negotiating for a while. It goes in great detail on simple and advanced strategies to get the very best deal in all situations, whether that be in a traditional transaction, investor transaction, institutional transaction, direct with the seller or negotiated through a agent.
